MOTOR HOME PARKING
There are approximately 15 motor home parking spaces available in the parking lot of the Doubletree, on the opposite side of the hotel from where the show will take place. There are no hook-ups, and the area must be kept clean. The cost per space is $40.00 per vehicle per night, and Motor Home parkers must also have a room reservation at the hotel. Due to the limited number of spaces, in order to give everyone an equal opportunity to reserve a Motor Home space, we will NOT accept any reservations PRIOR to July 15, 2007. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, with PRIORITY given to those reserving spaces for all 5 nights (Tuesday through Saturday). A waiting list will be maintained. We will be arranging for a pumping service mid-week. Details are available from the Motor Home Parking Chairman, and you will pay the pumping service directly. Chairman will also have information about direct golf cart rental for those interested. Please be advised that Hotel Rules forbid outdoor cooking. Reservations MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY with the Motor Home Chairman.
