CONCESSIONS
Calling all Vendors, Area Clubs, Rescue Organizations, and Creative People! The National Specialty is the perfect opportunity for access to the Siberian Collecting Public! Don’t miss this opportunity to have a booth at the Show! Vending space is outdoors on lawn, not far from the ring(s). Due to the unsecured location, vendors are responsible for the safety of their products and other belongings. Each space is 10’ x 10’ in size. The cost of each 10’ x 10’ space is $120.00 (with Siberian Husky Area Clubs paying ½ of that fee) PLUS an auction/raffle donation valued at least $25.00. Tables, chairs, and covering are not provided. However, we can arrange for these at an extra cost to the vendor. There is no electric power available in the vending area. Spaces will be available for setup on Monday afternoon, October 29th, and/or Tuesday afternoon, October 30th. Neither setup nor takedown may interfere with any competition or judging. Exact times for setup and takedown will be provided when the final schedule is known. Vending space is limited, and it will be assigned in paid reservation order, attempting to minimize duplicate goods and services, with first priority given to those paying full vending fees. Due to space limitation, initial assignments will be made for single, 10’ x 10’ spaces. If, after the deadline, space remains unsold, it will be offered to existing vendors in order of reservation. Should a vendor wish a space larger than 10’ x 10’, he or she should indicate this on the reservation form. No reservation is complete without full payment. Reservations are due by August 15, 2007, after which time any unreserved spaces will be made available to existing vendors requesting additional space. SHCA reserves the right to accept or reject any Vendor.
